WHY WE NEED TO BREAK THE GLASS CEILING

You can’t break the glass ceiling by standing still. And while the idea of a woman holding a leadership position isn’t considered abnormal anymore, the fact remains that there are still subtle, but deep-rooted gender-based obstacles and biases in place that make it that much harder for women’s upward mobility.

The Take The Lead movement is set to change that, encouraging women to take their fair and equal share of leadership positions across all sectors with the goal of reaching leadership parity by 2025.

Together we can figure out a way around and through the metaphorical glass ceiling.
